UPNXT is a streamer feedback platform - fans pay streamers to review their content. The founder, a music artist manager, saw an opportunity in the creator economy: streamers had no structured way to monetize content reviews, and fans had no direct path to get feedback from the creators they follow.
We took UPNXT from an idea to a live, paying product at upnxt.fan in seven weeks.
What we delivered
A team of 2 agentic developers and a part-time QA engineer delivered the entire product end-to-end:

• Full-stack web application (TypeScript, TanStack)
• Backend and database (Postgres)
• Stripe payment integration (fan-to-streamer payments)

How agentic development made this possible
A traditional 2.5-person team doesn't ship a full product - discovery through payments through launch - in seven weeks. The difference here was the agentic process: AI agents handled boilerplate, test generation, and repetitive implementation while engineers focused on architecture decisions, payment flow design, and product judgment calls.
When scope expanded mid-build, the same team absorbed it because the agents scaled the output - not the headcount.
Why this matters for bootstrapped founders
UPNXT was bootstrapped. No venture funding. Every dollar of development budget had to count. The engagement was scoped lean, delivered fast, and resulted in a live product generating revenue - not a prototype waiting for the next round.
The product launched publicly in early May 2026 and is live with real users and real transactions.
