A software factoryfor your team.
Pogon is our software factory. It brings people, AI agents, and company knowledge into shared workflows, with checks and human approvals. We set it up around your codebases, deliver real work together, and train your team to run it.

Pogon, our
software factory.
A software factory gives your team a shared process for building with AI agents. In Pogon, work follows defined steps, checks, and human approvals, with evidence your team can review.
Keep documentation, architecture decisions, and engineering practices available to people and agents.
Connect requests, changes, checks, and decisions so your team can inspect how work reached its outcome.
Choose model providers and coding tools. Bring your own inference accounts and local or cloud compute.
We already use Pogon with some clients. Public open-source release is planned. Reviewed lessons and approved workflow changes inform future work.

Set up. Build. Hand over.
Agree on the workflows, acceptance criteria, and access. Connect the repositories, team knowledge, model accounts, and compute. Configure agent roles and review steps.
Run agreed backlog items through the workflows. Review changes and checks with your team. Refine the process where the work exposes gaps.
Review delivery time, review effort, rework, and inference costs. Train the team and document the configuration, responsibilities, and next steps.
We agree the scope, timeline, and fixed service fee after assessing your codebases and workflows.
The software factory is free.
Expert help where you need it.
Pogon is free to use. LambdaWorks charges for implementation, workflow adaptation, integrations, training, and hands-on engineering. You provide and pay for inference and compute.
A pilot scoped around your team, products, repositories, and workflows. We agree the timeline and service fee after assessing your needs. You leave with configured workflows, real work delivered, and a documented handoff.
Discuss a pilotOur engineers deliver your product using Pogon where it fits the engagement. Start with a focused milestone or an ongoing development team.

A shared system for people and AI agents to build software using project knowledge, defined workflows, checks, and approvals. Pogon is the software factory we build and use at LambdaWorks.
Pogon adds a shared process around agent work: company context, defined workflow steps, review gates, and evidence. The pilot fits those pieces to your engineering practices.
Pogon is free to use. The pilot service fee covers our setup, adaptation, training, and engineering work. You provide and pay for inference and compute. We scope ongoing support separately.
We plan to release the source once we are happy with it. Current access is available through setup by our team. No public release date or license is announced.
The pilot includes training and a documented handoff so your team can continue with the configured workflows. Ongoing LambdaWorks support is optional.
Your team can run the agreed workflows and explain how changes are reviewed. We deliver agreed backlog items together and review delivery time, review effort, rework, and inference costs.
